Our stay at the JW Muskoka was truly memorable, highlighted by breathtaking views and spacious accommodations. The staff made us feel special during our honeymoon with thoughtful gestures, though we faced some hiccups with room cleanliness and service speed. Overall, it's a lovely resort with fantastic amenities, making it a perfect getaway, but it does have room for improvement in housekeeping and attentiveness.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. While the location by the lake was stunning and the public areas were beautiful, my room had several cleanliness issues that were really disappointing. Our March Break getaway at this hotel was quite enjoyable with a great indoor/outdoor pool and daily activities keeping my kids entertained.
